05 · Conditions
- Return window: A return or exchange request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Product condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and unwashed, with its original packaging, tags, and all accessories included.
- Proof for damaged or incorrect items: To claim a replacement or refund for an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, a clear unboxing video and photos of the product and packaging must be shared. Requests without proof may not be accepted.
- Return shipping cost: If the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective, we bear the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
- Shipping from your side: Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team. Please do not ship a product back without contacting us first, as we can't accept returns sent to the wrong address.
- Packaging in transit: Please pack the product securely. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit during a return, so we recommend using a trackable courier.
- Quality check: Every returned product is inspected on arrival. If it shows signs of use, damage, or tampering that did not exist at delivery, we reserve the right to reject the return or refund.
- Refund method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are refunded only for incorrect, damaged, or defective products.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.
- Non-returnable items: Customised or personalised products, and items marked as final sale, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
